Part Time - 14.8 hours per week

We need brilliant people to join our team.

We are recruiting for a part time position. Thursday and Friday 8.45 to 17.09.

If you put the customer at the heart of everything you do, then we need you to join us.

The job involves a variety of functions, such as helping customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone, assisting customers with Council Tax enquiries and online forms, promoting other services and payment methods, assisting with modern development projects as well as traditional functions such as taking payments for services and helping customers who present to us in need at either Customer Servicer Centre at Parkside Bromsgrove or Customer Service Centre in Redditch.

The job provides plenty of opportunities for development and training

Experience in face-to-face enquiries is essential for this role

A good knowledge of Council Tax and other council services would be desirable although not essential.
