A leading passive fire protection contractor in London is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for FRA remediation works. The ideal candidate will have a carpentry background and strong knowledge of fire regulations. Responsibilities include supervising teams, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards, and managing project documentation. Package: £38,000 - £42,000 Company Van Phone
We’re working with a leading Passive Fire Protection contractor delivering FRA remediation works across social housing schemes in London and the Home Counties. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a carpentry background and strong knowledge of fire regulations, looking to progress their career within a specialist and growing sector.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within fire protection or FRA remediation projects
Strong knowledge of fire regulations and passive fire measures
Carpentry background or relevant trade experience
Experience within the social housing sector (occupied properties preferred)
Confident managing both direct labour and subcontractors
Full UK driving licence
