Salary: £28,605 - £31,029 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) - based on 37 hours per week. Plus, a £100 per month non-contractual retention payment after successful completion of probation, subject to conditions.
Working Hours:Annualised Hours (1686.42* contracted working hours) 37 hours per week average. 32.5 (during the winter) and 41.5 (during the summer) hours per week - working pattern to be agreed with Line Manager.

Leicestershire County Council is looking to recruit two Waste Site Supervisors to assist with the management of waste operations and waste transfer at its Recycling and Household Waste Sites (RHWS) and Waste Transfer Stations (WTS).
2 x Positions - The successful candidates will have the following base locations:
Travelling to and from other locations in Leicestershire may be required, paid in accordance with Council policy.
The role is very much a hands‑on supervisory role, supervising a team of operatives. It will require travelling to the Council's RHWSs and WTSs daily to undertake:
The successful candidate will manage the performance of waste sites along with supervising a team of operatives and undertaking HR related tasks.
