• Manage and optimise Google Ads activity.
• Ensure all content is SEO/GEO optimised to strengthen brand visibility.
• Track performance, report on KPIs and inform future strategy.
• Work collaboratively with wider marketing and content teams.

• Hands-on experience across social media management (organic & paid).
• Strong community management skills.
• Confidence with Google Ads, analytics and SEO best practice.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Data-driven approach and strong reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
