Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prefer two (2) or more years of higher-level education.
  • Experience working with social media and marketing.
  • Exceptional ability to write clear, brand-aligned copy to ensure a consistent voice.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Experience writing as a part of a brand identity.
  • Experience building and managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt and respond to change.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies.
  • Draft brand-aligned copy including calls to action, descriptions, and brochures.
  • Research and create concepts for various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and create marketing reports.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to inquiries.
