Reason Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in Barnet that is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable graduates seeking Learning Support Assistant work to join their team in January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in supporting children's learning and development, and a commitment to helping every child thrive in a nurturing and ambitious school community.

• Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.
• Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement.

• Remain positive, resilient and have a caring approach to working with children.
• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience).
• A commitment to personal and professional growth.
