This role is to join an established building services engineers design consultancy, covering a varied range of projects including high end commercial, sport and leisure, education, healthcare and science, and high rise residential.

They offer a broad range of consultancy services including but not limited to surveys, feasibility studies, report and advisory work, design, building modelling and thermal simulation, project management, energy advice, BREEAM assessments.

Upon joining you will be a part of a friendly team of professional engineers. Whilst each person has their own responsibilities, the culture is very much a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the production of detailed, coordinated service models and produce them accurately.
2. Collaborate with the MEP team to deliver quality projects within deadlines.
3. Advise on planning and managing advanced Revit techniques.
4. Perform quality control of models, drawings, and schedules.
5. Assist in developing systems and procedures.
6. Develop sketches and concepts into detailed drawings, understanding the engineering principles behind them.

Experience & Skills Required

1. Knowledge of building services (mechanical, electrical, and public health systems) is essential.
2. In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
3. Experience with BIM project setup, family creation, and COBie data setup is essential.
4. Proficiency in relevant office project software including Navisworks.
5. Ability to establish good working relationships with team members.
