A leading food service company in London is seeking a Level 2 Floor Manager to oversee restaurant operations. You will manage a team, handle stock control, and ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate has strong wine knowledge and floor management experience. Location: SE1 8XX
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7, shifts may fall between 9:30am - 10pm (flexibility is a must)
