A leading healthcare service provider in Angmering on Sea is seeking a Residential Team Leader for an 80-bedded nursing care home. The ideal candidate will guide the care team, manage medication and ensure high-quality care for residents. This role offers an hourly pay of £15.30, and requires experience working with older individuals as well as NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualifications. Salary: £15.30 per hour

Hours: 12hrs every other week working on a Friday night

Shift Times: Night shifts (20:00-08:00) on 4 weekly Rota - Week 2 & 4 = Friday nights

The care home provides long‑term care, nursing care, palliative care, and respite care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
  • Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
  • Report changes in residents needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Experience working with older people in residential care.
  • You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
  • You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
  • Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
