- Delivering a best-in‑class service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing your own customer portfolio and meeting contractual requirements.
- Troubleshooting, optimising, and maintaining BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure).
- Producing clear, value-driven service and visit reports.
- Identifying opportunities for energy savings, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborating with account managers to deliver improvement projects.
- Supporting your team and participating in the call‑out rota.
- Developing your skills through ongoing technical and BCIA training.
- Proven BEMS engineering experience with Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure (legacy system knowledge beneficial).
- Background in a field service or customer‑facing role.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong customer focus, flexibility, and passion for innovation.
- Full UK driving licence.
