MS Principal Engineer - Midlands

Location: Midlands (Hybrid working)

Salary: up to £55,000 + car/allowance + bonus + benefits

We're looking for a passionate and experienced BMS Principal Engineer to join one of the UK's most respected Building Energy Management specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to take technical ownership of key customers, deliver exceptional service, and help drive smart, sustainable energy solutions across the region.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering a best-in‑class service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing your own customer portfolio and meeting contractual requirements.
  • Troubleshooting, optimising, and maintaining BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure).
  • Producing clear, value-driven service and visit reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for energy savings, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with account managers to deliver improvement projects.
  • Supporting your team and participating in the call‑out rota.
  • Developing your skills through ongoing technical and BCIA training.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven BEMS engineering experience with Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure (legacy system knowledge beneficial).
  • Background in a field service or customer‑facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong customer focus, flexibility, and passion for innovation.
  • Full UK driving licence.
