Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We support individuals of all ages in the community and in their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Every day presents new challenges, and your work will brighten your clients’ days while you grow your skills and knowledge.

What you’ll need

No prior care experience is necessary; we value care, compassion, and resilience. Full nurse-led training will be provided. Driving is essential for this role.
