A charitable healthcare provider in Bolton is seeking a Senior Carer to deliver high-quality care to children and young people. The role involves supporting Care Team Leaders and promoting positive experiences within the community. Ideal candidates will have proven experience with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive change in a collaborative environment.
Lagans Foundation is an established provider of specialist home healthcare to children and young people aged 0 to 26.

Salary: £16,848 (Based on 24 hours per week)
As a Senior Carer, you will support the Care Team Leaders (CTL) across the region to manage an internal care team, helping to deliver a first-class care service. You will deliver care to children and young people aged 0 to 26 years, within their own homes and in the community. You will promote positive life experiences and choices and make memories with children who may have short lives.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality care and developing a team. You will build strong relationships with other carers and staff within Lagans Foundation and the families to provide exceptional care at every stage and promote the charity’s work through donated and commissioned care streams.

This role will also involve travel within the Northwest; therefore a full driving licence is essential for the role. It also involves working with individuals of all genders, including clients, colleagues, and parents, regardless of cultural or religious considerations.
