At Bond Williams, we're expanding and looking for a motivated, relationship-led Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Bournemouth.

About the role:You'll take ownership of a specialist desk - either in a field you already know or one you're keen to grow into. With support from a collaborative and experienced team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Win new business through networking and outreach
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
• Offer consultative support and market insights to clients and candidates
• Build a reputation for delivering real value, not just hitting targets

We operate across several successful divisions:

• Accounting & Finance
• Human Resources
• IT & Software Solutions
• Office & Commercial
• Engineering, Science & Space
• Executive Search & Senior Appointments

You'll join the division that suits your experience, interests, or long-term goals best.What we're looking for:

• Recruitment experience (in-house, resourcing, delivery, or agency)
• Confidence to step into a 360 role - or continue building on your experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Drive to develop your own desk and take ownership of your success
• Professional, consultative approach with a focus on long-term partnerships
