PAY RATES:
Standard Route (approx. 9 hours):
Large Route (approx. 9 hours):
Onboarding (1-day induction + 2 ride-along sessions):
Key Features of the Engagement
- Flexible Work Schedule – You choose which days to accept delivery assignments (up to a maximum six consecutive days per week to comply with health & safety laws)
- Weekly Payments – Prompt weekly settlement for completed assignments
- Performance Incentives – Discretionary bonuses based on delivery quality and efficiency
- Referral Incentive – £200 for each referred contractor who starts working with us
- Vehicle Flexibility – Use your own van (minimum 5m³), or you can easily rent a suitable vehicle through H2O Logistics Ltd
What You’ll Do
- Collect pre-sorted parcels from the local depot
- Load your vehicle and follow an efficient delivery route
- Deliver parcels to customers with care and professionalism
- Complete your route and finish your day without needing to return to the depot
- Valid UK or EU driving licence
- Comfortable operating a short wheelbase van (minimum 5m³)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A smartphone with GPS/navigation capability
- Complete the online registration and screening process
- Review, complete and submit the required documents
- Undergo a background (DBS) check (24–72 hours)
- Attend the familiarisation and Ride‑Along sessions
- Start accepting your first delivery assignments!
