This opportunity is suitable for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. The caseload includes sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build work. Many clients are long-standing, providing repeat instructions. The successful candidate will join an established team with a broad client base.
