We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly administrative tasks and other duties
• Producing weekly rotas following managerial guidelines
• Ordering stock to maintain appropriate levels
• Delegating tasks and ensuring team proactivity
• Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cafe Supervisor will have:

• Experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
• A team-oriented, can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure positively
