Day to Day:
Working on a social housing contract, carrying out stock condition surveys on housing association properties.
- Visiting properties on an appointment basis
- Carrying out an inspection and writing a report
- Inputting information into an app with photos
- IT literate
- Strong background in building and maintenance
- Ability to identify property defects and upgrades required
- Ability to advise on property matters including damp
