We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead, motivate, and encourage our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Minster Tavern.

You will work alongside the management team to realize our shared vision, ensure smooth operations, and maintain consistency.

Each of our pubs has its own story, character, and loyal locals, sharing a welcoming spirit. Whether it’s sports screenings, quiz nights, or DJs, there’s always something happening. Our pubs serve traditional pub grub, including juicy burgers and classic fish and chips. We pride ourselves on serving great value, lively atmospheres, and memorable pub experiences.

The Minster Tavern is a historic pub opposite Ely Cathedral’s west tower, near the main High Street shops. As the oldest pub in Ely, it claims to be "just a little bit haunted." We host popular Tuesday quiz nights and broadcast live sports for our guests.

To be eligible for the Front of House Team Leader role, you must be 18 or over, as the position involves the sale of alcohol.
