Role overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our growing global team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to develop and deliver a world-class user experience for our customers and partners.

You will influence how our partners grow their business on the Fresha marketplace and improve their daily operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for autonomous work, challenges, and impactful contributions.

The team works from our dog-friendly London office four days a week, with remote work on Wednesdays. The office is located 2 minutes from Old Street.

Key accountabilities:
  1. Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
  2. Identify and prioritize product opportunities for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
  4. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  5. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define requirements.
  6. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Optimize user experiences to maximize engagement and retention.
  8. Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and track performance.
  9. Align product strategy with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
  10. Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, fostering transparency and relationships.
Skills, experience & qualifications required:
  1. 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing business.
  2. Proven success in leading complex software products and features.
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scaleup environment.
