A leading UK healthcare provider is seeking a highly experienced hospital pharmacist to serve as Deputy Lead for Medicine, focusing on specialties such as Respiratory, Gastroenterology, and Renal. This role offers both full-time and part-time arrangements, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Key responsibilities include providing clinical pharmacy services, leading pharmacy clinical services, and enhancing patient care. An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and driven hospital pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team at University Hospitals Dorset as our Deputy Lead for Medicine, specialising in Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Renal.
This role is offered as a job share. Full‑time and part‑time working hours will be considered.
• Highly experienced hospital pharmacist with strong clinical skills and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver patient‑focused medicine optimisation and to use electronic prescribing and medication administration systems (EPMA).
