A healthcare provider in North East Lincolnshire seeks a qualified Registered Adult Nurse for community nursing. The role includes carrying out physical examinations, prescribing medications, and supporting patients with long-term conditions. Competitive salary ranging from £41,617 to £47,499 pro rata per annum, along with excellent benefits including ongoing training and employee support. This is a permanent position requiring 24 hours of work per week, with a flexible rota including weekends and bank holidays.

The Community Nursing Service within North East Lincolnshire provides nursing care and support to patients, families and carers in a variety of community settings, supporting patients to remain in their own homes, preventing hospital admission, facilitating early hospital discharges, and managing end‑of‑life care.
The Community Nursing Service works closely and in partnership with Primary Care Networks, Secondary Care, Social Care, Specialist Nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide a quality service personalised to meet individual needs. The service supports and assists patients to manage ill health and long‑term conditions including elements of disability, thus allowing them to have the best possible quality of life, while maintaining dignity and respect.

We are looking to appoint a qualified Registered Adult Nurse 1st Level with additional post‑registration nursing qualifications at Advanced Practice MSc level, including V300 Independent prescribing and Long Term Conditions, along with community experience.
Work schedule: 24 hours a week, required to work a rota pattern including weekends/bank holidays between 08:00 and 16:30.
