A leading engineering firm located in Braintree is seeking an HSE Manager to develop and implement health and safety policies to mitigate workplace risks. This role includes conducting risk assessments, managing hazardous waste, and leading training sessions for staff. Candidates should have a NEBOSH General Certificate and strong knowledge of health and safety legislation. As HSE Manager, your role is to prevent workplace injuries by developing and implementing business wide policies, procedures, and training to create a safe and legally compliant work environment. You will work closely with the Senior Management team to support in identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring the company is compliant at all times with health and safety legislation, being efficient and thorough when investigating incidents and promoting a culture of safety.

This is an office-based permanent, full-time role - Monday to Friday - based at our Head Office in Braintree, Essex. Some travel to sites will be required on occasion.
