A leading onsite hose replacement company in Rochester seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to manage digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. Responsibilities include managing social media, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing website content for SEO. Currently, we operate approximately 150 service vans, operated by experienced and dedicated hydraulic engineer. We are committed to growing our service through investment in both our mobile operation and our branch locations. We are proud of our success rate of over 98% for first-time repairs on site. Hydraquip have market leading technology to support our team including our customer portal which allows customers to book and track their hydraulic hose replacement and services, with real time job status updates.
We are seeking a creative and analytical individual who can manage multiple digital campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand product and service placement to create SEO enriched content, optimising both front end content and backend SEO. They should be confident in producing and optimising content across social media, email, and web platforms, with a strong understanding of digital analytics to measure performance and improve ROI. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of collaborating with internal teams to bring campaigns to life, while also taking initiative to explore new digital opportunities. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and engage both internal stakeholders and external audiences effectively.
