A leading automotive company in Bracknell is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to work within their Digital & Data team. This role involves engaging with senior business stakeholders to develop impactful business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports using Power BI. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate in a relevant field, with strong skills in BI tools and a keen interest in data science and analytics. This position offers a flexible working arrangement and competitive salary.
At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative teams within Honda Motor Europe (HME). The Digital & Data team partners closely with senior business stakeholders across all HME Divisions, including the Senior Management Teams, to shape and deliver Honda’s Digital & Data Roadmap.
In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders to understand their business challenges, particularly around management information and data processing. You’ll translate these needs into impactful business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and machine learning tools that enhance operational efficiency and enable faster, more informed decision-making. You will work closely with the Business Intelligence Project Lead, with additional collaboration across the wider Digital & Data Team as needed.
