Job description

Are you an experienced Email Marketing Manager looking for your next career move? Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK are looking for a specialist to lead the execution and strategy of email marketing, retention, and growth campaigns for two leading fashion and beauty brands.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Managing Editor and manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing across both brands.
  • Build and schedule newsletters and dedicated sends.
  • Produce weekly performance reports and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns, including third‑party partnerships.
  • Own and optimise the newsletter and partnership‑referral channels, focusing on driving traffic, affiliate revenue, and subscriber engagement and loyalty across both brands.
  • Adapt strategy and respond to shifting goals, timelines and priorities.
  • Contribute to the ideation, launch, and execution of multi‑stage email marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Experience in email marketing, including segmentation, automation, and customer journeys.
  • Experience using ESPs such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, Selligent, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HTML for email, as well as good knowledge of CSS.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, including building and analysing custom reports.
  • Skill in using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to coordinate and track campaign roll‑outs.

The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £35,000. This is a Hybrid role based at our London Office, working three days from the office and two from home.
