This role focuses on shaping marketing strategy, coordinating cross‑departmental campaigns, and ensuring all marketing efforts deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Liaise with departments and teams to design and deliver marketing strategies, communication pipelines, and ensure staff are equipped with up‑to‑date marketing materials and tools.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring initiatives support lead generation and ROI.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sector insight to inform marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, communications, and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing activities with broader business goals.
Qualifications
