Sales Director - London/Remote - £220-260k + Package

Please note - this role will require you to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe. To be eligible for this role you must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK - this organisation is not able to offer sponsorship.

A leading consulting firm is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive strategic growth across enterprise clients. This is a permanent role based in London, offering a competitive salary of £220,000-£260,000 plus package, with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

If you're a consultative seller with strong CXO relationships and a passion for cloud, data, and AI, this is your opportunity to lead transformative engagements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Role Overview

You'll work closely with the AVP of Sales, Head of Development, and Head of Emerging Technology to define and execute go-to-market strategies, close high-value deals, and help clients modernise their data ecosystems and cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to acquire new enterprise clients.
* Build and manage executive-level relationships across complex buying cycles.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development to generate pipeline.
* Lead RFP and proposal processes with pre-sales and delivery teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor, aligning consulting solutions with client business goals.
* Drive co-sell opportunities with strategic partners.
* Travel to client sites across the UK and Europe as needed.

What You'll Bring

* 10-15 years of success in enterprise technology sales, with a strong focus on cloud digital transformations, data, and AI.
* Proven experience selling into large enterprises using a consultative, value-based approach.
* Strong network of CXO-level contacts and ability to navigate complex buying cycles.
* Deep understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
* Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and expand market presence.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Role Details

* Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site per week)
* Travel: Occasional travel to client sites across the UK and Europe
* Salary: £220,000-£260,000 + package
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Experience Level: 10-15 years
