A leading construction and project development group is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Commercial Manager for a high-security PFI project. You will manage commercial activities to ensure compliance and optimize processes while mentoring junior team members. This role requires experience in facilities management and a proactive approach to process improvements.

We are now seeking a skilled Facilities Management Commercial Manager to be responsible for ensuring commercial governance and activity across the project at Northwood Headquarters, a prestigious and high-security PFI defence contract site.

What you’ll bring to the role:
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
