The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and people-focused sales leader to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the client base.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Development team to exceed sales targets.
  • Drive a high-performance, collaborative sales culture through clear objectives, coaching, and accountability.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, with a focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support integrated campaigns and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Align sales strategy with wider business goals, providing insights on market trends & customer requirements.
  • Report regularly on team performance, sales progress, & strategic opportunities for growth.

The Candidate:
You must have led a software team and have proven sales managerial experience, a technology or software sales background is essential.

The Package:
80,000 Basic Salary, plus 110K- 120k OTE
