BioTalent have teamed up with an exciting biotech start-up who are on their search for aSales Managerto join an ambitious, fast-moving team inCambridgeand help expand our reach across the UK and Europe. You’ll be a key part ofinside salesstrategy, building customer relationships and driving revenue growth in the biopharma sector.

What You’ll Do

• Build and qualify a strong pipeline of leads alongside Sales & Marketing
• Implement smart, automated prospecting strategies that deliver results
• Drive engagement through personalised outreach and compelling sales pitches
• UseHubspotto manage and track leads through the funnel
• Gather and share customer feedback to shape future product development
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings (~30% travel)

What We’re Looking For

• A life sciences background – ideally inbiology, biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong understanding ofprotein assay instrumentationin bioprocessing
• 3+ yearsof proven inside sales success within life science tools or reagents
• Based in (or able to relocate to)Cambridge, UK
