Job Title: Italian-Speaking Commercial Analyst – Global Fintech Leader

A global financial SaaS company is seeking a bright and ambitious Commercial Analyst to join a dynamic Commercial Team in our Woking and Dublin hubs. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in managing our clients commercial and legal relationships with our valued customers, shaping strategies that drive sales success.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be deeply involved in every facet of customer relations, translating your insights into compelling commercial propositions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contract Analysis & Renewal Strategy: Analyzing and reconciling existing customer contracts to develop innovative and commercially sound renewal options.
• Commercial Document Creation: Interacting closely with senior management to construct and deliver precise and persuasive customer commercial documents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Developing strong relationships with this companies Product and business areas to streamline and enhance the sales process.
• Integration Support: Assisting in the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into established sales processes.
• Negotiation & Partnership: Partnering with senior management and our legal team in the negotiation of complex customer contracts.
• Process Optimisation: Driving and executing commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and the wider sales organisation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Supporting the account management team in forming and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relations.
• Workflow Management: Assisting in the management of the daily commercial proposal workflow, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

• Language Excellence: Fluency in Italian (essential) and English.
• Commercial Acumen: A sharp, commercially astute mindset with a strong understanding of business drivers.

We are flexible in terms of your background, though backgrounds in accountancy or auditing etc would hold you in good stead.

Location

Woking or Dublin This is an office based jo, so be prepared to work 5 days in the office (in theory), in practice this is actually 3 days per week in the office
