AVP Business Analyst - CLM Transformation (Inside IR35)

Client: Confidential (Tier 1 Bank)

Location: London

Workplace type (Hybrid Onsite Remote): 3 to 4 days a week in office

This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our top tier banking clients.

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the design analysis and implementation phases of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Transformation Programme. Working closely with the Project Manager and various stakeholders, the BA will be responsible for defining detailed business requirements, mapping processes and ensuring the successful deployment of the OCBCB workflow solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document detailed business requirements for the OCBCB solution
  • Actively support the agile implementation and deployment of the OCBCB solution, assisting with pre-requisites and system readiness.
  • Contribute to data mapping and cleansing for client data migration; provide analytical support for the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) rollout.
  • Facilitate workshops and communicate complex information effectively to business users, technology teams and other stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven Business Analyst experience in complex transformation programmes, preferably within financial services, with strong analytical, process mapping and user story writing skills.
  • Solid understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, regulations and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Private Banking operations, client segments and high‑net‑worth client servicing.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
