Job Title: GAIN Clinical Specialist (Medical Educator)

Location: London (Field)

Job Description

Galderma promotes various products to Medical Aesthetic professionals, including botulinum toxin and facial fillers. The Clinical Specialist's role is to ensure practitioners are trained properly to use our products safely and effectively. This involves providing hands-on support across London to enhance practitioners' confidence and competence in using Galderma's non-surgical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customers needing technical/clinical support and work in clinics to promote confidence in product use.
• Provide tailored support, including product selection, filler techniques, reconstitution, and injection methods.
• Support product launches with technical training and promote adoption of new practices.
• Communicate the science and benefits of Galderma’s products effectively.
• Assess customer readiness for further educational stages.
• Attend training to maintain high standards of product and clinical knowledge.
• Assist Regional Business Managers with clinical and product training.
• Collaborate with the education team to align with UK & Ireland educational strategies.
• Engage only in on-label discussions, with appropriate qualifications and insurance coverage.

Skills & Qualifications

• Medical expertise with experience supporting healthcare practitioners in a commercial healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of the medical community and Galderma's portfolio.
• Teaching and communication skills.
• Proficiency in performing treatments with Galderma products.
• Non-surgical aesthetic medicine qualifications, Level 7 preferred.
• Degree-level education preferred.
• ABPI qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
