From first sketch to final sample, our Design team works closely with Buying, Merchandising, Garment Technology, Creative, and E‑comm to bring bold, disruptive, and affordable styles to market. We thrive on innovation and collaboration, and we never settle for anything less than standout.

• Create CADs, new shapes, and accurate tech packs to support the development of ranges.
• Research trends across fashion, street style, vintage, music, sport, art, and pop culture to inspire original concepts.
• Support the Design Manager and Senior Designers during key design meetings and presentations.
• Assist with preparing and updating trend and fabric packs.
• Collaborate with Buying and QC teams to ensure products are delivered to the highest standard.
• Analyse daily trade and competitor reports to identify opportunities and inform design direction.
• Take ownership of key trend stories and capsule projects as directed.
• Mentor interns and assistant team members, fostering growth and development.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure correct execution of samples and trims.
• Continuously update reaction boards with new‑in research and product ideas.

• A minimum of experience in a junior or assistant menswear design role
• Confident working across multiple categories with strong attention to detail.
• Strong commercial design handwriting aligned with the boohooMAN aesthetic.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Able to translate trend research into relevant, commercial product ideas.
• Excellent time management and resilience under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external teams.
• A genuine passion for fashion, youth culture, and streetwear.
• Experience withinstreetwear or fast fashion is not required, but a plus
