- Drive continuous improvement projects and contribute to ISO certification enhancements.

We’re looking for a proactive QHSE Coordinator to join our Assurance and Process Excellence (APEX) team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across multiple sites.
- Coordinate external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and internal audit programmes.
- Manage audit outputs, corrective actions, and maintain accurate records.
- Administer document management systems and compliance reporting.
- Support training programmes, safety communications, and Net Zero initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and contribute to ISO certification enhancements.
- Act as a point of contact for health and safety queries and promote a positive safety culture.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards).
- Experience in Health & Safety coordination or administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
