As a Project Manager within our Services organization, you'll step into a pivotal leadership role, actively shaping the success of our projects and empowering our clients. • Drive Value Realization & Delivery Excellence : Own the charge in driving value realization, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget project delivery
• Establish and implement robust project structures and governance, actively upholding the Siemens Delivery Framework to ensure clarity, control, and consistent project success
• Master project financials, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to safeguard success and financial health, while providing strategic insights
• Lead the tracking of project performance, reporting metrics, and providing insightful, strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making
