Inspection Operative
Full-time · £12.21 per hour + bonuses

Hours

39 hours per week

  • Monday-Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks
  • One 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • Friday: 6:30am - 11:30am
  • One paid 15-minute break
Pay & Benefits
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus scheme — up to £3,600 tax‑free per year (historically £2,400/yr paid).
  • When grossed up, this significantly increases the effective hourly rate.
  • All employees eligible after 12 months (per HMRC guidelines).
Role Responsibilities
  • Trimming and buffing aerospace‑grade rubber components
  • Visual and dimensional inspection
  • Packing finished components
  • Completing and checking basic traceability paperwork
  • Working with accuracy and consistency to meet quality standards
