A unique opportunity to steward an iconic world‑class brand and badge of independent spirit, the Head of Jack Daniel’s is a high‑profile marketing leadership role responsible for the number 1 premium spirit trademark in the UK and one of Brown‑Forman’s most strategically important international markets. We’re looking for a bold leader to drive long‑term profitable growth through fresh enterprise‑wide strategic thinking, creative impact and commercial excellence.
This working style for this role is 4 days a week out of our modern office in Fitzrovia in central London with Fridays working from home.

Strategic direction: Leads the development of strategic trademark plans which deliver the business ambition whilst dialling up Jack Daniel’s iconicity, premium positioning and relevance in the UK.
Brand proposition: Working with the global brand team and customer marketing, oversees the development of the communication strategy and implementation of all brand and channel activations to ensure the brand is brought to life in an engaging, effective and culturally relevant way. Champions new test and learn initiatives and shares learnings with other markets.
Revenue growth management: Partners with the finance and commercial teams to deploy all levers of revenue growth management to ensure sustainable, long‑term value growth.
Consumer & shopper trends: Partners with the insight and category teams to mine for fresh, penetrating consumer, shopper and category insights which unlock future growth opportunities by informing consumer and channel strategies.
Problem solving & prioritisation: Consults widely across the business to understand how and where the team can make the biggest business impact. Proactively identifies the big questions that need to be answered in order to unlock growth.
Brand growth: Delivers near and long‑term value growth through a thorough understanding and actioning of key performance drivers. Stays connected to the wider business agenda and day to day challenges from the external consumer and trading environment.
Resource allocation: Ensures the most efficient and effective use of resources through constant optimisation and robust evaluation. Leads marketing mix modelling with external agencies.
Active member of the Marketing Leadership team: Helps to shape the direction and growth of the department, talent and culture.
Creates powerful alliances with cross‑functional teams: Forges strong relationships across multiple teams including commercial, finance, customer marketing, insights, advocacy, supply chain, HR and Global brand.
Provide strong leadership: Shares direction, identifies growth and development opportunities to 5 direct reports.
Lead a diverse and inclusive culture: Ensures different perspectives are encouraged and individuals feel connected and valued.
Team development: Identifies the team’s capability gaps and addresses them through appropriate learning and development programs. Supports team development by providing opportunities and coaching to the team with on‑going appreciative & constructive feedback.
