Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar or relevant role and/or post qualification experience.
• Understanding the principles of investigation techniques.
• Experience of clinical negligence litigation and employer/public liability litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy on behalf of the Trust at inquests.
• Offer specialist advice on inquest processes and healthcare law.
• Work with NHS solicitors in the instruction of barristers and experts.
