Join an amazing Finance & Accounting team with a strong analytical mindset and unleash your potential! As the Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the timely preparation and control of Bel UK’s financial records management of available funds and preparation of statutory accounts. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization especially during month end closings audits budget / forecasting periods while ensuring all financial activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This role will oversee a team of two and will report directly into the CFO.

• Manage financial month-end and year-end closing processes and close within SAP to ensure all journals postings and month end steps are complete
• Manage monthly and year-end Group reporting including SAP / BW / BPC reconciliations
• Oversee General Ledger and Purchase Ledger functions ensuring adherence to policies / payment terms
• Manage Treasury and banking related tasks to meet Group Treasury deadlines
• Conduct monthly reviews of Trial Balance P&L and Balance Sheet
• Supervise reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and submit statutory accounts and legal requirements (VAT Payroll Corporation Tax)
• Support HR with payroll processing and tax related issues
• Prepare and analyze monthly reporting on overheads and CAPEX to lead budgets and quarterly forecasts discussions
• Ensure internal controls are in place and manage internal audit recommendations
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Prepare monthly Reporting package submission including extraction reconciliation with SAP webform entries and promoting package to Group deadlines.
• Prepare documentation for our Transfer price exercises and documentation when required
• Manage any Tax related issues involving Bel UK Ltd or one of its employees
• Develop and manage the accounting team including performance appraisals training and development needs

• Qualified accountant (ACCA CIMA CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of computerized accounting software (SAP / BW / BPC)
• Proven compliance knowledge in reference to financial legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication problem‑solving and decision‑making skill
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of international tax optimization and hedging mechanisms
• Experience with Group financial reporting systems
