As a Class Teacher, you will drive the educational journey of your pupils. Your duties will include:
Strategic Planning: Designing and delivering creative lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum while engaging all learners.
Pupil Progress: Utilising data and formative assessment to track attainment and implement targeted interventions where necessary.
Classroom Management: Maintaining high expectations of behaviour through positive reinforcement and consistent routines.
Inclusion: Adapting teaching methods to ensure pupils with SEN and EAL needs are fully integrated and supported.
Partnership: Working constructively with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil well-being.

Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is non-negotiable.
Track Record: Evidence of successful teaching experience within the Primary phase (ECTs with strong references are encouraged to apply).
Curriculum Knowledge: A comprehensive grasp of the primary curriculum and current educational frameworks.
