As a Class Teacher, you will drive the educational journey of your pupils. Your duties will include:

• Strategic Planning: Designing and delivering creative lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum while engaging all learners.

• Pupil Progress: Utilising data and formative assessment to track attainment and implement targeted interventions where necessary.

• Classroom Management: Maintaining high expectations of behaviour through positive reinforcement and consistent routines.

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is non-negotiable.

• Track Record: Evidence of successful teaching experience within the Primary phase (ECTs with strong references are encouraged to apply).

• Curriculum Knowledge: A comprehensive grasp of the primary curriculum and current educational frameworks.
