A community support organization in the UK is looking for a passionate LGBTQ+ Youth Worker to provide support for young people aged 8-25 until 31st March. This temporary role involves developing youth groups and offering 1:1 mentoring, with a focus on creating safe, inclusive spaces. Candidates should hold at least a Level 2 qualification in youth work or relevant experience, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility in working hours is required, covering various locations across Kent and Medway.
Temporary Contract (ASAP - 31st March)
22.5 hours per week.
