About the Role

As a Youth Tutor, you'll inspire and support young people through Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+), a Welsh Government initiative helping individuals gain skills and work experience. You'll deliver engaging lessons, plan learning journeys, and help learners achieve their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions using varied teaching methods
• Create lesson plans with differentiated activities
• Support learners to achieve qualifications on time
• Motivate and engage NEET learners in a positive environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a tutor, trainer, or mentor for young people
• Experience working with NEET individuals
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or Degree equivalent
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 5+)
• Ability to plan lessons and assess learner progress
