Job summary

A leading education provider in Cwmbran is seeking a Youth Tutor to inspire and support young people through Jobs Growth Wales Plus. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, planning learning journeys, and helping learners achieve their qualifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NEET individuals and hold at least a Level 3 qualification. Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:30
Location: Cwmbran (on-site)

About the Role

As a Youth Tutor, you'll inspire and support young people through Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+), a Welsh Government initiative helping individuals gain skills and work experience. You'll deliver engaging lessons, plan learning journeys, and help learners achieve their qualifications.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a tutor, trainer, or mentor for young people
  • Experience working with NEET individuals
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification or Degree equivalent

  • Ability to plan lessons and assess learner progress
