Start date in summer 2026, full time, fixed term for 12 months. Ideally based in Grimsby, however flexibility can be offered if you live near to other sites and happy to visit multiple sites. Hybrid working can be offered here.

About the role

  • Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
    • environmental management
    • data analysis
    • environmental protection measures
    • Offshore wind environmental aspect and impact reduction
  • Assist the team e.g. with:
    • the delivery of our offshore environmental performance through project initiatives
    • continual improvements

Job requirements and experience

  • You're an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Environmental Science, Environmental Management
  • Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills
  • You're able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
  • Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
  • You're open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us
  • Motivation is crucial. Your cover letter will tell us why you're a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans

Advantageous, but not essential
