Year 3 Teacher Vacancy

Are you an inspiring and enthusiastic educator ready to make a difference in Lower Key Stage 2? We are looking for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic team at a thriving school in Brighton. This is a full-time, permanent position, available for an immediate start.

As a Year 3 teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and challenging learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic growth. You will design and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, effectively track pupil progress, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

What We\'re Looking For
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, with a strong preference for experience in Year 2 or 3.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of the National Curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches for this age group, including preparing students for the transition to upper primary.
  • Is a creative and resourceful teacher who can ignite a passion for learning and help students develop independent study skills.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Is committed to inclusive practice and dedicated to promoting the well-being and academic success of all pupils.
