Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Yard/Depot Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our yard and depot. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organised yard in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring all outgoing equipment is clean and fit for purpose, ensuring we have all plant and equipment for the next day's work
  • General yard maintenance and Traffic Management sign manufacturing
  • Coordinating daily tasks and delivering these tasks as well as assigning work to Traffic Management staff when they are in the depot
  • Enforcing company rules and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
  • Liaising with depot management to support operational efficiency
