Qualifications

  • Experience in a relevant role is essential.

Workplace Services Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Workplace Services Assistant to make sure our catering areas, kitchenettes, vending machines, and welfare facilities are always clean, safe, and fully stocked.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep catering and welfare spaces spotless, welcoming, and well stocked
  • Refill and check vending machines, ensuring everything is fresh and in date
  • Report and help resolve equipment or stock issues quickly
  • Provide occasional cover for cleaning colleagues (e.g. during holidays)
  • Follow food safety, COSHH, and health & safety procedures
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, helpful attitude

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in cleaning, catering, or facilities support
  • Food Safety Level 2 and knowledge of COSHH regulations
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
