Workplace Experience Host – London, N1C 4AG – Full time

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30-16:30
• 37.5 hours per week
• £14.50 per hour + Sodexo benefits

What you\'ll do

• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience across all front-of-house, reception, and facilities support functions
• Build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, including clients, customers, service partners, and colleagues
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment through regular floor walks and adherence to site rules
• Provide first-line support and triage for facilities and meeting room services, including AV and catering assistance
• Adapt flexibly to evolving business needs, supporting reception, inductions, events, and general office duties as required
• Be the site\'s go-to for providing information and assistance

• Experience in a client facing role, ideally in a corporate setting
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative with a strong can-do attitude
• Excellent communicator and good listener with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Resilient and flexible, with a hands-on approach to delivering great service
• Reliable team player with experience collaborating effectively with others
• Detail-oriented and IT literate, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient with Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
