Workplace Experience Facilitator – Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Location: This role will initially be based in Bradford but we’re moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future. This role will also require travel to different sites.

Work type: Fixed term contract for 12 months full time working 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between a working window of 7:30am-5:30pm.

The Land & Property team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.

You will deliver an efficient Workplace Experience Service function, this includes managing Reception, Helpdesk and Mail room services. You will be the first point of contact for all building users, visitors and contractors for both physical attendance and dealing with service system requests and email queries.

Where you fit in!
  • Act as the prime facilitator for all reported issues/concerns and queries between all parties. (Visitors, building users, Contractors & Building Control Team).
  • Coordinate internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Manage all site booking in/out protocols, including induction processes for visitors/contractors attending site.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner; determine the purpose of the call; take ownership of queries and provide correct information.
  • Ensure all incidents/requests reported are logged and raised on our service user system- SAM and dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, providing feedback and updates as required.
  • Be responsible for mail management controls – Receipt, distribution, and processing, including franking and bagging external mail collections and processing courier requests.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment, passionate about delivering an excellent service to customers.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to follow documented policy and procedures.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and have good time and workload management skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Able to demonstrate a practical common-sense approach to problem solving.
  • Able to work as part of a team and demonstrate team building skills.
  • Has flexible approach, able to cover a number of different roles within the wider Administration team, this includes holiday cover.
  • Any awareness and knowledge in finance would also be beneficial to this role.
  • You will require a driving licence for the role, as travel is required between different operational sites and out of hours one in 8 week will required.
