A leading global marketing agency is seeking a WX Assistant to enhance employee and client experience at their London office. The role involves delivering exceptional mailroom services, supporting a safe environment, and assisting with various administrative tasks while demonstrating strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively. We are looking for someone special to become a vital part of our Workplace Experience (Facilities) team supporting and enhancing our employee and client experience in our UK Head Office. Our WX Assistants play an integral role ensuring our office and services are fit for purpose, compliant, sustainable, and cost-effective. Working as part of a highly skilled & collaborative team, each of our WX Assistants should deliver an exceptional service whilst using innovation to proactively multi-task in a fast paced, evolving, and exciting environment. They must be energetic, demonstrate a willingness to help, and have a positive can-do attitude. Due to the nature of the tasks, there is a high-level of manual handling and heavy lifting required.

This is a permanent role to work from our office in London, NW1.
You will be required to be on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
